Please Note: We do not offer partial refunds.  Your hours are good for up to one year and can be used on membership site setup, marketing and content creation and basic membership site software  support.

Projects are usually completed within one week, but we are not offering live, 24 hour support or rush services.

We are not the designers of any current membership site software.  Our services help you be successful with membership site software, membership site templates and membership site marketing strategies.  If there is a problem with software, templates, etc. you will need to contact the vendor of the membership site product.

We also reserve the right to refuse to work on any membership site.  We do not assist with websites that would be considered adult, hate or illegal in nature.
